Welcome to The Wounds of the Zodiac, where we explore the past life aches of the astrological signs, houses, and planets through the lens of Karmic Astrology. This work is meant to help you unearth the shadows, reclaim your power, and become more fully you. I will be leaking my manuscript ‘The Wounds of the Zodiac’ slowly to you as a paid reader, uncut, raw, and unfiltered. I hope my body of work can help you liberate yourself in this life and the next.

The Wounds of the Zodiac move in a spectrum, from high to low and everywhere in between. Because of this, you may not experience all wounds that exist within one sign, house, or planet. You will carry your own experience and variation of the wound that you are working with in this life. For this reason, I ask that you not get too attached to something you may find here that does not resonate. What I mean is… don’t make yourself feel like you should experience a part of the wound, if you don’t already. Your specific karmic patterns are yours, and include more than just your birth chart — but also your soul contracts and personal lived karma and experiences. This work is meant to help you understand where you may be working with particular wounds and then begin to move through that wound, through the shadow, to raise your consciousness and become more whole. Over attachment to anything is never helpful. Let’s dive in.

“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” — Anaïs Nin

As I’m laying in the bath, I begin gazing at the clear quartz crystal I brought in hopes of amplifying energy. I am trying to understand in my the pain in my neck neck, my migraines, my life, my work and my creative process (and the list goes on.) I begin gazing through the crystal and realize it’s hard to see through it with any kind of clarity. It’s got inclusions, shapes, cuts, cracks and endless imperfections. As I gaze through it I am looking at the bath tap, my feet, the tile — it’s all distorted. I realize that’s how I see the world, even when I think I see things in full clarity. Distorted. Hazy. Unclear. I see reality through my own imperfections.

It’s not just how I see the world but in fact how the world sees me. Everyone is seeing me through their own haze of imperfection, beliefs, programs, likes, wounds and preferences. I ponder on how it feels inside me to know that I am not everyones cup of tea, and yet how there is this deep part of me that wants to be seen, adored, and celebrated in my greatness. How can I expect the world to see me clearly if nothing is actually clear? And what am I so afraid of them seeing if they’re looking through a lens I can’t control? Even the most clear glass has flaws and distorts the image in some way. Even the best camera shapes and changes the image. The most well crafted mirror will not show you the truth. We humans sit around so afraid to be seen when we never actually are… not in our truth at least.
